U.S Tarrifs
Update Regarding Tariffs on US Imports
On August 28 2025 , the U.S. introduced new tariffs on imported goods.. These are a type of tax imposed by the government, and the revenue collected goes directly to the U.S. Treasury, not to us as a business.
The tariff process is straightforward: after your order ships, you will receive an email from Anpost customs with a link to pay. Once paid within the specified timeframe, your order will be sent for delivery
Please note: Customs/tariff payment requests have a strict deadline of 5 working days. If tariffs remain unpaid by this deadline, the package is automatically returned to the sender
We understand these new costs can be a burden. To help our customers in the U.S. with this impact, Airbag360 is offering a temporary discount of 10% on all orders. We hope this helps offset some of the additional costs you may face.
While the tariff rate is 15%, the actual cost is slightly higher due to a fixed government fee of $10 for processing and customs clearance. We'll absorb a portion of this cost as a gesture of goodwill by applying the 10% discount to your order.
On average tariff charge is $15-$16 USD, the 10% discount we provided reduces your outstanding liability, making the amount due $6 - $10 USD
The local customs authority or shipping provider will still issue a separate request for the full, legally-mandated tariff amount. The financial benefit of your discount has already been realized in the lower price you paid for the order.
If your order is returned to us due to unpaid tariffs , VAT or duties, your refund will be the total amount paid minus the postage fee already paid to the shipping company.
We hope for a future adjustment or a waiver of these fees. Please note that tariffs are common in most countries and are charged on all imports. Since this is a new change for US customers, we're providing this temporary discount to help you out
