Interpretation
The words with initial letters capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Times
All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please note that some destinations may require customs clearance, or duty and VAT , tarrifs payments, which could affect your delivery time.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and depend on external factors. We strive to meet the following estimated delivery windows:

Canada: 10-15 business days.

Europe & Scandinavia: 5-10 business days.

Rest of the World: 8-15 business days.
We ship to addresses within the U.S. and its territories, as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You'll get a Shipment Confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Airbag360.com is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, etc.). If your order is returned to us due to unpaid tariffs , VAT or duties, your refund will be the total amount paid minus the postage fee already paid to the logistics company.

Return and Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds for any goods you purchase from us.
Policy for Return Initiation Notification
To ensure a smooth and efficient returns process, effective immediately, our policy requires that all return initiations must be communicated via email. This procedure is mandatory for all returns.

Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your Order within 30 days for any reason. The 30-day cancellation period begins on the day you receive the Goods or on the day a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to: INFO@AIRBAG360.COM. Please include your Order number in the email to help us process your return.
We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned Goods. The refund will be issued using your original payment method, and you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement. As with free returns, if the cancellation is not due to an error by Airbag360.com, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Wrong Product Ordered
If you placed an order for the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. In this case, we can either:

Exchange the item for the correct one, with a postage fee.

Issue a refund for the product price only.
The original postage fee is non-refundable unless the error was made by Airbag360
If you received the wrong product due to an Airbag360 error, we will exchange it for the correct item free of charge and refund the return postage fee
Conditions for Returns
For an item to be eligible for a return, please ensure it was purchased within the last 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.
Defective Items (After 30-Day Return Window)
Should your item become defective after the initial 30-day return period, please contact us at info@airbag360.com. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion. If a repair is not possible, a free replacement or a refund will be provided. Please note that all repairs , exchanges and refunds are completed after we have received the returned item.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us, unless you qualify for our free return policy within 14 days of receipt.

When shipping, please describe the contents as "Returned Goods / Car Seat Connector" and use the tariff code 94012000.
We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without the actual receipt of the Goods or proof of a received return delivery.
Free Returns (U.S. Only)
We offer free returns for delivery addresses in the U.S. only (excluding APO/FPO/DPO addresses). To qualify for a free return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your Order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@airbag360.com to request a return shipping label.
We will issue your reimbursement within 7 days of receiving the returned Goods. The refund will be processed using the original payment method, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. Please note that if the return is not due to an error on our part, we will not refund the original shipping fees.
